So, it's Friday my friends. That doesn't mean I'm in love (I'm in love all the time, yo). As promised, it is time for your "the weekend is no time to slack" Daily Quest.

This weekend I want you to push your limits on something and break a personal fitness record. If the most you've ever run is 3 miles run 4. If you're currently walking 30 minutes a day walk for 45. If the most you can bench press is 200 go for 220. This weekend is all about proving that you are better than you think you are!

I'm Rafe, and I approve of these shenanigans.  At the encouragement of someone who shall remain nameless, but can out themselves if they so choose, I'm going to try and set a PR in the front squat.

The goddamned batman, however…

I think he just likes being the biggest badass. Cool

This is only a test.

I'm going to try night snowboarding tonight, for the very first time . . . does that count?

I avoid cameras at all costs.  I make funny videos when it's not night, and I'm not on a snowboard :)

My first day back on the cycle and I increased the resistance. Arguably, I chopped down the amount of time, but I increased the resistance. And afterwards, when I was doing arm exercises, I increased the weight of the dumbbells from 10 to 20 pounds.

WIKTORY!

Okay, the overhead squat (45#) was kind of a gimme, since I'd never done it properly before. The front squat (145#) was 10# more than I've ever done before.

This is only a test.
