I apologize if this particular Daily Quest comes off as a bit on the philosophical side but I was just having a conversation with a friend of mine over Instant Messenger when the topic of being able to die happy came up. In this particular context she was referring to the fact that she could do so if she were able to see a performer at a particular venue. This got me to thinking. Whether or not we are conscious of it I'm sure we all have a "bucket list" of things that we would like to do before we pass on this mortal coil. Some of those things would require a great deal of planning or money, but I'll bet not all of them would.
Take a moment today to think about something that you'd like to do before you run out of quarters in the arcade we call life and make a plan to do it. Maybe it's something as simple as eating at a restaurant you've always wanted to go. Maybe you've always wanted to go skinny dipping. Maybe it's something more personal than that, like a person in your life who you have bad blood with but haven't gotten around to clearing the air with.
As I've said before, your mental health is just as important as your physical well-being as you take steps towards self-improvement. If your bucket list is full of wistful regrets on things you've never let yourself do it's high time you started crossing some items off of it.
