The Daily Quest for today has one purpose and one purpose only. It allows me to link to the following graphic -

This is perhaps the greatest thing ever. I could stare at it for hours.

Dancing Banana makes me happy.

So happy.

Have I mentioned that it's 6:00 AM and I've been up since 4:30 this morning?

Ok, so yeah…I'm a little loopy.

ANYWAY….

Bananas are awesome.  They are a great source of Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Magnesium, and Potasium. They are loaded with fiber. They are also packed with serotonin and norepinephrine and may help stave off depression.

Have I mentioned that they taste good, too?

So, young adventurers! Your quest for today is a simple one. Go forth and eat a banana!

(Oh, hey…if you're looking for something intersting to do with your bananas you might try this "ice cream" recipe our friend Tessa pointed out the other day. It looks really good!)

If so, can you give me your predictions for the year 2000?

The only thing that comes to mind when I see that is Lobster singing "Peanut Butter Jelly Time." Yell

This is only a test.
