Today is the launch of the highly anticipated MMORPG Star Trek Online from Cryptic Studios. In honor of that event I did a little Google searching to see if I could find any Star Trek inspired workouts. Much to my surprise I came up with a great big nothing. I even looked for Klingon Workouts! The most I could find was a video about the ab workout that Rachel Nichols (The Orion lover from the new Star Trek movie) does (and it didn't even have her in it).
I have to admit, this was a bit of a let down to me. There are Jedi Workouts. Why aren't there Klingon ones??
So my challenge to you today, faithful readers, is to suggest what YOU think would work as a Star Trek workout. Do Klingons do cardio? Do Cardassians need to work those neck muscles? Do Federation ofifcers need to practice dramatically rolling in the middle of phaser battles?
