Indeed. Hopefully, if someone has made a resolution, in the six weeks since, those new behaviors have turned into good habits (and, for those folks who observe Lent, it's often used as an occasion to do something similar, though usually in the framework of "give up [$bad_food] or [$bad_habit]").
It's a month until the next diet land mine holiday, at least for folks who like corned beef, cabbage, and green beer… and then a couple more weeks until the next candy-goes-on-sale holiday. 
Neither success nor failure happen in a single day. If yesterday was a good day, keep it going. If it wasn't? Forget about it, and make today better.
I think the DKs of the Ebon Blade have a pretty good attitude about this, actually. "Tomorrow… is another day."
