The Daily Quest returns! Aww yeah!
Sorry for the lack of posts in the last week, friends. Truth of the matter is that I got knocked on my arse by a fairly nasty cold and I haven't really been doing much of anything since Sunday. This includes, unfortunately, eating properly and exercising. I got on the treadmill yesterday for 45 minutes and when I go for a run this afternoon it will be the first time I've done so since last Friday. I do not anticipate having a fun time of it.
Which brings me to the topic of the day – Recovering from an illness. Nothing knocks you off the rails like getting sick, and for many it can be a really hard road to get back to good habits that you established pre-disease. We've all gone through this, so I'm wondering – What tricks have you learned that help you get back in the swing of things once you're feeling better?
