		<description>Vegetables, fruits, whole grains (or lightly processed like steel-cut oats), meat, fish, just so long as one can avoid the processed crap like flour, bread, noodles, white rice, seasonings full of MSG, and so on.  Eating low or un-processed foods is as much about acquisition as it is about cooking, but I&#039;ll be damned if I don&#039;t run through my cooking skills pretty quickly once noodles and bread are off the menu.</description>
